    Spirit of Ford Science Center

    The Ford Motor Company adventure center offers a hands on tour and interactive exhibits. Their activities include tours of a simulated assembly tour and SIDney, the interactive crash test dummy. Open Monday through Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. View a few of the cars soon to be on the road.

    Robert T. Longway Planetarium

    This is Michigan's largest planetarium. There are 258 seats in this 60-foot dome. The planetarium projector produces over 3,000 stars and many planets. Also shown is the sun and moon. The planetarium first opened in 1958.

    The New Detroit Science Center

    The New Detroit Science Center features 110,000 square feet of scientific exploration and discovery. Attractions include Michigan's only IMAX Dome Theatre, a Digital Dome Planetarium, five hands-on exhibit laboratories, the Ford Learning Resource Center, two presentation stages and much more. Winter hours (through June 16) are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 3 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 10:30 am to 6 pm. Summer hours (June 17 - Sept. 2) are Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday to Sunday 10:30 am to 6 pm
